Halfway House Inn was a real find: it exactly fitted our needs to host a 60th birthday
event for 25 adults and 2 children. Peter Williams and his staff could not have been
more welcoming or accommodating to our needs. The location of the inn is superb,
and it allowed members of the party to choose where to spend their time in the locality.
The food was universally acknowledged as the best of traditional English cooking
with superb quality ingredients, and excellent service from Peter's team. Individual
food requirements were cheerfully and expertly catered for.
The rooms and cottages
